Basic Policy for Human Rights and Labor

Human rights are the basic right and freedom inherent to humanity.
KoMiCo upholds the basic principle that human rights are for everyone.
With a goal of realizing sustainable happiness, KoMiCo respects the dignity and value of all employees including those of suppliers
as human beings and dedicates utmost effort to maintaining and improving a good working environment
based on humanitarianism to help all employees pursue happiness.
To this end, KoMiCo will continue striving to comply with labor-related laws and customer requirements in each country
and region where the company does business, at the same time endeavoring to make the necessary improvements.
Centering on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, KoMiCo supports human rights-related international standards such as
OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, UN (United Nations)
Convention on the Rights of the Child, and ILO (International Labour Organization) Fundamental Conventions,
having established the basic policy based on these standards.
KoMiCo declares respect for human rights across business operation processes based on the policy
and local laws applicable to global establishments.
