    period

    Public recruitments are regularly open for MiCo Group, itself twice every year during the first half of the year and the second half of the year. The first one is held from February to March; and the second one is from September to October.

    If there is a need for labor, we will hire employee(s) at any time irregularly during the year, and we will announce additional recruitment.

  • Qualification

    Anyone with a degree equivalent to a four-year university or higher can apply and we prefer those who have completed a master's degree in the field.

    If you are an experienced person, some career experiences can be partially admitted by doing the same works / job

    Document screening

    Based on the application you submitted, we will review your academic background, experience, and language skills to determine the relevance of your application.

    In addition, we review the self-introduction letter jointly by the field and human resources departments, and we closely examine whether it meets our human resources and values.

    Interview

    The 1st
    Interview :
    The interviewers for a staff interview include the head of division / head of department and the director of HR; and it has several interviewers and interviewees at the same time, which takes about 40 minutes.
    Applicant's major knowledge and ability to perform are measured, and KoMiCo common competency is evaluated.

    The 2nd
    interview :
    The second interview will be conducted only for the successful candidates of the 1st interview. (On the first interview or on a separate date)
    The interviewers include presidents (presidents of each company / group) and the interview will proceed on a ono-to-one or several for one basis depending on the situation, which takes about 20 minutes.
    It is a step to comprehensively verify the applicant's values, personality traits, and competence level considering Komco's manpower required and common competency.

    Physical examination

    The basic health status of the applicant is checked to ensure smooth work after entering the company only for the successful candidates of the interview.
    In general, the physical examination will be held at our designated hospital on the interview day.

  • Qualification
    for application

    There is no discrimination against age and sex, and there should be no disqualification for overseas traveling.

  • Others

    If you fill out an application form incorrectly, your employment will be canceled.

    In the case of veterans and disabled persons, it is preferable to apply for employment in accordance with relevant laws.

    When any needs arise, a job-opening will be noticed on a regular or irregular basis throughout the year.

  • Qualification

    High school graduate or higher, regardless of majors.
