KoMiCo's all members shall be deeply aware that ethical management shall be the driving force of corporate competitiveness and be committed to fulfilling their duties ethically / legally based on the belief that 'honesty is the best strategy' and practicing as follows so that we can complete our social responsibility in a fair and transparent manner:

First(01). we shall develop the semiconductor industry through legal and responsible management.

Secondly(02). we shall maintain dignity in business and personal activities in the attitude of representing the company publicly and privately, and strive to achieve the company's goals based on honesty and faithfulness.

Thirdly(03). we shall always respect customers' opinions under the belief that we may not exist without the satisfaction of the customers and provide the best service in order to secure absolute trust from the customers.

Code of Ethics
  • KoMiCo shall practice corporate management that plays a key role in social and economic development by creating value for customers, members, shareholders, local communities, and nations, etc.
    For this purpose, the Code of Ethics shall be enacted and used as a basis for decision making and value judgment in every management activity.

If you have found unreasonable demands, irregularities, or corruptions abusing the positions of KoMiCo employees, or if you are aware of unethical practices such as manipulation of documents and/or calculations, and/or false reports within the company, please report them. For smooth internal investigation, please fill out the form in details.

When the specific facts are not found or the contact informant is proved to be false, it shall be regarded as just a slander and not be investigated. In addition, any information on the personal privacy of employees is not subject to any reports, and if the company finds the report grounded, it shall be transferred to the relevant department without a reply.

    Any reporter shall not be punished with any penalty for reporting.
    We shall protect any reporters from any disadvantages in business activities and/or jobs.

  • Immunity

    If anyone reports violations of ethics management such as irregularities or corruptions related to him or her, he or she shall be treated reasonably by considering extenuating circumstances.

1.The secrets of the reporter are absolutely protected. And, in case the report was made anonymously, the results of the handling are not notified.
2.The reports regarding the unfair handling of the work, the unfair demands using the position, the corruption facts, etc. of the management and the staff of KoMiCo are received. And it is managed in the method of the non-disclosure to a third part.
3.The slanders that are not based on the facts, the matters related to the private lives of the individuals, the construction costs and the delayed payments of the wages that do not have any contractual relationships with KoMiCo, etc. are not the subjects for the receipt of a report.

1.The personal information items that are collected.
For the handling of the reports and the counseling, the ethical management site has been collecting the following personal information.
The items collected: The name, the telephone number, the e-mail address, and the cellular phone number.
The method of collecting the personal information: The homepage (Reporting)

2.The collection and the purpose of the use of the personal information.
For the confirmation of the factual relationships of the contents of the reports and the counseling and for the guidance regarding the results of the handling, the ethical management site has been collecting the personal information. And it is planned that, when the purpose of the use changes, the prior agreement will be obtained.

3.The possession and the time period of the use of the personal information.
In the ethical management, regarding the possession and the time period of the use of the personal information, they are until the time of the request for the deletion after the request by the subject of the information.


The agreement regarding the provision of the personal information to a third party.


1.The person receiving the provision of the personal information.
The concerned company in case it is need for the investigation of the report.
