Ethics Management Center
If you have found unreasonable demands, irregularities, or corruptions abusing the positions of KoMiCo employees, or if you are aware of unethical practices such as manipulation of documents and/or calculations, and/or false reports within the company, please report them. For smooth internal investigation, please fill out the form in details.
When the specific facts are not found or the contact informant is proved to be false, it shall be regarded as just a slander and not be investigated. In addition, any information on the personal privacy of employees is not subject to any reports, and if the company finds the report grounded, it shall be transferred to the relevant department without a reply.

1.The secrets of the reporter are absolutely protected. And, in case the report was made anonymously, the results of the handling are not notified.
2.The reports regarding the unfair handling of the work, the unfair demands using the position, the corruption facts, etc. of the management and the staff of KoMiCo are received. And it is managed in the method of the non-disclosure to a third part.
3.The slanders that are not based on the facts, the matters related to the private lives of the individuals, the construction costs and the delayed payments of the wages that do not have any contractual relationships with KoMiCo, etc. are not the subjects for the receipt of a report.
